Oak Sleepers - New Oak (Grade 1)

These Oak Sleepers are cut from green oak which has a higher moisture content this leaves a smooth finish when cut or machined. When it dries, which normally takes a few years, it will harden, shrink and crack. Only select it if you want that effect - it's part of the character of Oak.

Green Oak is the traditional name for oak when it is first felled.
PLEASE NOTE: Oak Sleepers normally have two good sides. Because of the weight the delivery driver will only be able to unload to the side of the vehicle
