Back to Willow & Hazel Fence PanelsThe heavy frame top and bottom of the willow hurdle makes it both sturdy and easier to fix. The frame also gives the willow hurdle a more formal look. They are an excellent windbreak as they allow the wind to pass through preventing the vortex effect. Hurdles are individually hand made and every one is slightly different. The lifespan of hurdles will vary and will be affected by many factors like geographical location, exposure of the site, the way they have been erected etc.
