Opepe wood, also known as Bilinga or Kusia, is a durable tropical hardwood from West and Central Africa with an orange-brown to golden-yellow colour. It is highly resistant to fungi, insects, and marine borers, making it ideal for heavy construction, marine work, bridge timbers, decking, and railway sleepers. Our FSC® certified Opepe decking is reversible and can be use with the castellation facing up, or for a sleek clean finish the smooth side. Stainless steel screws should be use for this decking.
